    oh thank goodness i found this. I need rice starch to make my shampoo bars and with Canada Post on strike....my shipment is lost in the mail somewhere....I'm going to give this a shot. But we don't have sun here in Canada right now....wondering if I can use a dehydrator or put in the oven on low to dry???
